Can you help with rebranding an existing business?

How involved do I need to be during the project?
You’ll get to review designs and deliverables at key points to make sure everything feels aligned with what you envisioned. It’s a collaborative flow — with clear checkpoints and space to refine as we go. We’ll guide the process so you don’t feel overwhelmed, but your input and feedback are essential. Think: collaborative, not chaotic. That said — you’ll always know what we need from you and when.
What’s your typical turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on the package and scope, but most full-service projects take between 6–8 weeks. You’ll receive a clear timeline once we’ve nailed down the details.
How do we communicate throughout the process?
We’ll stay connected via email and shared documents, with optional check-ins via phone or Zoom depending on your preferred communication style. Everything is designed to feel easy and clear.
What happens if I need edits after our project is complete?
We offer light edits as needed down the line — as long as they align with your original brand direction and are requested during email support hours. Since your site also reflects our shared portfolio, we want it looking its best just as much as you do. That means we prefer to be the one maintaining the work whenever possible — to ensure consistency, quality, and brand integrity.
Any additional pages or services outside of the original scope of work will be billed at our normal rates. You’ll receive a new quote before work begins, and as a returning client, you’ll always receive a 10% discount!
What happens if my site has technical issues after launch?
While EmpowerHer Solutions delivers every project fully functional and tested at launch, technical issues may occasionally occur as a result of hosting providers, third-party services, or other outside factors beyond our control.
In those cases, clients should work directly with their hosting or service provider for resolution. EmpowerHer Solutions will always make an honest effort to support you through unexpected hiccups, but please note that server, hosting, and third-party issues fall outside of our responsibility and technical scope.
Do you offer refunds or project pauses?
While we don’t offer refunds due to the time and preparation that goes into each project, your experience still comes first. We offer flexible project pauses because we understand that tapping into your creative vision takes space. Whether life gets busy or you need a moment to realign, we’ll take things at your pace — nothing is ever rushed, forced, or delivered before it feels right.
